Answer: 60 cm. Perimeter = 2 × (length + width) = 2 × (24 + 6) = 60 cm.

What is 75% of 400?

  4. D. 3000

Answer: 300. 75% means 75 out of every 100. 75% of 400 = 75 × 400 ÷ 100 = 300.

Question 4 · BODMAS

What is 3 + 6 × 5 − 25?

  3. C. 8 ✓
  4. D. 33

Answer: 8. Multiply first (BODMAS): 6 × 5 = 30. Then 3 + 30 − 25 = 8.

Question 5 · Fractions

What is 1/4 of 16?

  3. C. 12
  4. D. 8

Answer: 4. Divide 16 by 4 to get 4, then multiply by 1: 4.
